Stanley Security is a commercial security technology company transforming how business can safeguard their property. They provide customized security solutions to corporate owners to monitor and manage through access control, cybersecurity, analytics, and more. Although there was an extensive customer support that is reachable either through calls or a chatbot, Stanley greatly suffered establishing relations with customers and there was no way to gathering feedback on products to improve the user experience other than going through ample amounts of call rails data. Our team was set out to device a solution that avails immediate access to their loyal customers, perform beta evaluations for their products.
